| Founded in January 1972. Valley Sheet Metal Limited is long established in providing excellent service as a contractor in the fabrication and erection of all aspects and specifications of HVCA sheet metal ductwork systems and has a yearly turnover of approximately £1.5 million. Located in Bacup, Lancashire, VSM has 28 highly skilled employees within the workshop and office and 16 on site ductwork fitters. The manufacturing site is approximately 18,000 sq ft of shop floor / office space and a further 6,500 sq ft storage facility. Office area includes; reception area, private meeting room and drawing office, all I.T. facilities and fast broadband connectivity. All projects undertaken by VSM benefit from the expertise of its employees and the utilization of the latest in AutoCAD / CAMduct for design and CNC plasma profiling ensuring fast efficient turnaround every time. Workshop facilities include CNC plasma profiling with automatic coil line for profile duct components, 3.0 mtr Guilotine, 3.0 mtr hydraulic power folder, RAZ machine, lockframes, power rollers, spot TIG and MIG welding, multi-purpose metal worker with sheers, swaggers and other metal working equipment. Delivery vehicles include a 7.5 tonne ridged cargo and a 2 tonne pickup truck. |
